Victor Diaz grew up in Venezuela, where he learnt and enjoyed cooking and baking with his mum.
After his mum died, Victor decided to move to London. In 2010 a friend of Victor’s asked him to help her at her cake shop and from that moment he found his passion!
Shortly after Victor started his company, ML Bespoke Cakes. With Victor’s extensive knowledge and experience, ML Bespoke Cakes can design a unique cake which is perfectly tailored to your event theme and to your taste, no matter what the occasion.
Their extensive repertoire covers wedding cakes, celebration cakes, birthday cakes, corporate cakes and cupcakes. In fact, they love nothing more than preparing a whole delicious and stunning dessert table fit for the most special occasions.
Victor recently took part in Channel 4’s ‘Kirstie’s Home Made Christmas, Cake Edition.
