Eating out (Out) in style
Charles Dawson
April 21, 2021

Since April we have been allowed to enjoy a pint and a pie at a pub or restaurant –  ok for lunch, but a bit cold for an evening meal!  Give this a  dilemma to a professional restauranteur and the result is surprising.

Essex Lifestyle dropped in to see the team at the Blue Strawberry Bistrot in Hatfield Peverel,  a cherished long established premium restaurant for the prople of Chelmsford and beyond. We were really impressed with their solution.

Tucked behind the normal glass entrance is now a whole new impressive fabric conservatory with chandeliers, fine furniture, crisp while linen and overhead heating, which creates a perfect party like atmosphere. Add excellent food, superb service and you have it, a great dining experience outside!

All this means one thing, you have to book. Demand is  high for this unique dining opportunity.

The Blue Strawberry has always been a premium restaurant. Now it is like joining an exclusive club, a club that will become legendary.
