Lords Farm Shop at Gosfield Shopping Village is a real treasure in the Essex Countryside

If you’ve never visited Lords Farm Shop you are missing out. Set in Gosfield Shopping Village just a mile or so from Halstead it is a treasure trove of exciting and tasty produce.

The business is split into two parts – In the car park of Gosfield Shopping Village is Lords animal feeds. Here you can buy bedding, feed, plants, compost, potatoes, horse saddles and rugs . .

Once you enter the centre the first shop on the right is Lords Farm Shop. Here in this wonderful shop you will find, cakes, biscuits, chutneys, jams, fresh fruit and vegetables, beer from local micro breweries, wine, and some amazing pickled onions – the list goes on.

And that’s not all – Also in the shop is Lords tack. If you ride or love horses you will be in your dream here. It is full of saddles, riding clothes, boots, and you will without doubt pick up some great bargains here.

The rest of Gosfield Shopping village is full of collectibles and antiques.  and well worth a look around.

Susan Lord, owner of Lords Farm Shop has been running her business for many years. Originally it was run from their home at Dorewards Hall in Bocking and the shop became a destination for people from Braintree and surrounding areas at most weekends. There were always sheep, ponies and bunnies to look at and pet as well.

Sue also creates some wonderful hampers for special occasions. They have become the ‘go to’ place for businesses and families wanting to get their employees or loved ones a wonderful inspirational gift.

So, if you want somewhere to visit, without the crowds and plenty of free parking then Lords Farm Shop at Gosfield Shopping Village is the place to go.

Sue and her team look forward to seeing you at her shop!
